1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the m71pet platform (accessible at m71pet.app and any associated mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the m71pet platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments shall constitute your binding acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and m71pet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain an account on m71pet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. m71pet does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from m71pet or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of an employee, director, officer, or agent of m71pet or any of its affiliated entities.

Age Verification

m71pet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit government-issued identity documentation confirming your full name, date of birth, and residential address before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Acceptable documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, and birth certificate accompanied by proof of address.

3. Account Registration & Rules

When you register an account on m71pet, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update this information promptly should any of it change after registration.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on m71pet. If m71pet identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — including accounts held under different names, phone numbers, or payment credentials — m71pet reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice and to void any pending bets or bonus balances. Only the original account's verified real-money balance (net of any bonuses) may be considered for refund at m71pet's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. m71pet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify m71pet support immediately at [email protected]. m71pet may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation.

Account Verification (KYC)

m71pet operates a tiered KYC process. Basic account functionality is available upon registration; however, withdrawal capabilities and higher deposit limits are unlocked only upon successful submission and approval of identity documentation. The following documents may be requested:

• Government-issued photo ID (NID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)

m71pet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place temporary restrictions on an account while verification is pending.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on m71pet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). m71pet does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which m71pet bears no responsibility.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on m71pet is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within a short processing window for bank transfers. Supported deposit methods include:

• Nagad (Send Money / Payment)
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking)
• Upay
• Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer
• City Bank transfer
• BRAC Bank transfer
• Islami Bank transfer

m71pet only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account restriction pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfers: Typically processed within 1–4 business hours.

m71pet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and to delay processing where fraud or account security concerns are identified.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified m71pet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

m71pet offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your m71pet account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and, where specified, any winnings generated from bonus funds) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will always be clearly stated in the promotion details before you opt in.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• m71pet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus offers are only available to players who have opted in to receive promotional communications, unless otherwise stated.
• m71pet reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed or used fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonus balances are removed from the account upon expiry with no cash equivalent.
• Free spins, free bets, and other non-cash promotional rewards are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

m71pet is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m71pet platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in a way that gives any party an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, sharing hand information, or deliberately losing to transfer winnings.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known error are void.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have any knowledge of or involvement in the manipulation of the outcome of that event.
• Money laundering: Using m71pet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. m71pet is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, creating fictitious identities, or submitting forged documents during KYC verification.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms or markets with the deliberate intent of guaranteeing a profit regardless of outcome through exploitation of price differentials. m71pet reserves the right to void bets placed as part of identified arbitrage strategies.

m71pet employs a range of detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is confirmed, m71pet may take any or all of the following actions: void affected bets; suspend or permanently close the account; forfeit all balances; and/or report the matter to relevant legal authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the m71pet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of m71pet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the m71pet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any m71pet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any m71pet software or platform component.
• Use m71pet's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the m71pet platform for any purpose.

Any use of m71pet content beyond the scope of this limited licence requires prior written authorisation from m71pet. Unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m71pet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or system failures outside m71pet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional details that contain typographical errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption or cessation of services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications outages, or cyberattacks.

Where m71pet is found liable for direct losses, its total liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your m71pet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. m71pet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its games or features.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

m71pet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.
• Suspicion that the account is being used to facilitate gambling by an underage person.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, use of automated betting tools, or match-fixing involvement.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting m71pet support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any unmet bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure (whether voluntary or enforced), your licence to use the m71pet platform is immediately revoked. You must not attempt to re-register or access the platform through another account while a ban or self-exclusion is in force. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive account closure — including those relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.

10. Amendments to These Terms

m71pet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, m71pet will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. For significant changes, m71pet may also notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the m71pet platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the terms governing your use of m71pet. m71pet recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of an update.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms & Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
